Licensed drivers or adults with government issued photo identification who are property owners or bona fide residents within the Placerita Canyon Corporation (“PCC”) Boundary Map Area desiring access to Placerita Canyon Road via the PCC gate may apply for a Gate Access Card (“Gate Card”).
