Gate Card Renewal Info

The Gate Card renewal period begins each year on June 1. If you do not make your renewal payment by July 1st, and your card is deactivated, you will need to pay both the annual renewal fee AND a $25 re-activation fee, no proration is applied for any time card is deactivated.

Renewals are sent primarily by email. Gate Card Holders who have not provided an email address will receive invoices by mail.

PCC does NOT have an office to drop off payment. Payments may be made online or mailed to our PCC mailbox at 21515 Placerita Cyn Rd. #33, Newhall, CA 91321 (*there will be a small service fee for online payment).

PCC will alert those with expired Drivers' Licenses/IDs. To upload a copy current CA Drivers' License or CA gov. issued ID click here to upload (these can also be mailed).

There is no way to combine online payments for multiple Gate Cards. Each online renewal must be paid separately. You can mail a single check for all renewals, but you must include a list of card numbers (or invoice numbers) for which you are intending to pay.
