NO. Residents/Property Owners within the PCC Boundary Map Area are only required to provide proof of current DL/Gov ID, regardless of the address listed on the DL/ID. It is not uncommon for Residents/Owners to maintain a primary residence elsewhere, while still meeting resident/ownership Gate Card requirements within the PCC Boundary Map Area.
